Our goal is to customize our sponsorship benefit package to fit the marketing needs of our sponsors while staying in line with our mission and goals and being compliant with non-profit regulations.
Sponsors who provide in-kind support will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to judge whether a mutually beneficial partnership can be achieved.
We will allow the use of our name and Duke University Medical Center logo to be used in relation to our sponsors’ cause related marketing as long as it fits the Duke logo standards and has been approved by our marketing and development office.
All sponsorships will be based on a written agreement.
All sponsorship opportunities and negotiations will must be approved by Duke’s legal council and corporate relations department to ensure compliance with the IRS and Duke policy.
